Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be available by subscription, pre-order, or in “Try Before You Buy” mode. This cancellation policy explains how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, you will receive deliveries on a recurring basis. Such deliveries are based on the subscription duration and the selected frequency.
Your payment details will be stored securely. You will be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.
You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time. Order confirmation emails contain links to your order. You can use them to manage your subscription.

Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing an out-of-stock or upcoming product for which inventory is not yet available. At checkout, we may either not charge any payment, or collect only a partial deposit and store the payment method, in order to later fulfill the order and charge the full or remaining amount at a future date.
You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, you cannot cancel it, but you may request a full or partial refund. Please refer to our return policy for more details on returns and refunds.

Try Before You Buy

When you purchase an item with the “Try Before You Buy” option, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain period of time to decide whether you want to keep the item. After this period, if you have not returned it, we will charge the full amount to your payment method.
