Refund policy

You have the right to return your items within 14 days from the receipt of the order, as provided by European withdrawal regulations. However, for hygienic and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of perfumes that have been opened, tested, or used, even partially.

Return Conditions

For the product to be eligible for return, all of the following conditions must be met:

The perfume must not have been opened or used.
The bottle must be sealed and intact, in the same condition as received.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete in every part (including box, any accessories, and protections).
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

After approval of the request, we will provide you with a shipping label and detailed instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Always check your order carefully upon delivery. If the received perfume is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

Opened or sprayed perfumes
Customized or made-to-order products
Promotional items or products purchased with gift cards
Other personal care products, where specified
Exchanges

If you wish to receive another item, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been accepted.

Right of Withdrawal for the European Union

If you are located within the European Union, you still have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, but only if the perfume is intact and sealed, never opened or used, as specified above.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will inform you of the outcome of your request. If the refund is approved:

You will receive the credit within 10 business days.
The refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Bank processing times may vary. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us at info@amioud.com.
