Shipping Scope and Areas
Shipments are carried out in the following geographical areas:
Mainland Italy, Sardinia, and Sicily
European Union: costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination country
Non-EU: please contact Customer Service for information on rates and delivery times

Processing Times
Order processing time is 1–2 business days from receipt of payment.
During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing times may extend up to 3–4 business days.

Delivery Methods and Times
Standard Express Courier: 2–6 business days for mainland Italy
Priority Delivery: 1–4 business days, available only to specific destinations
EU Shipping: 5–10 business days, depending on the destination country
Non-EU Shipping: 10–15 business days, subject to customs clearance

Shipping Costs
Italy: €5.99 for orders under €59; free for orders ≥ €60
European Union: variable rates starting from €15, depending on the country
Non-EU: variable rates starting from €15; any customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient

Order Tracking
After shipment, a tracking code will be sent by email to monitor the delivery status in real time.
In case of delays, please check the status on the courier’s website and contact Customer Service if the issue persists beyond the indicated timeframe.

Loss or Damage of Goods
Goods are always shipped with basic insurance; any damage or loss must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Requests for replacement or refund will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, subject to submission of photographic documentation and tracking number.

Limitations and Blacklist of Destinations
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or private addresses in remote areas not served by standard couriers.
Any exceptions must be agreed in advance with Customer Service.

Changes to the Shipping Policy
Amioud reserves the right to modify the shipping terms for operational or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be promptly communicated on the website and will not apply to orders already fulfilled.
