It complies with the Guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority (Provision of January 10, 2022), EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC, and the WP29 5/2020 Guidelines on consent.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files sent from a website to the user's device and stored by the browser. They can have various functions: technical, preference, analytical, or profiling.

2. Types of cookies used

1. Technical Cookies: necessary for the functioning of the site (e.g. browsing session) and exempt from consent
2. Analytics cookies: anonymous, used to monitor site usage; they require user consent.
3. Marketing/Profiling Cookies: These cookies track preferences for personalized advertising purposes; they require explicit and informed consent from the Privacy Guarantor.

3. Purpose of the processing

- Functional: store viewing preferences and ensure session security
- Analytics: aggregate statistics to understand traffic and behavior, including with third-party tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Marketing/Profiling: offer advertising content in line with the interests expressed, including on social networks and advertising partners.

4. Consent and collection methods

The cookie banner appears upon first access, providing summary information and a link to the extended information. Preferences can be expressed or revoked at any time via the "Manage Preferences" link. Consent is free, specific, informed, and unequivocal, in accordance with the WP29 Guidelines 5/2020.

5. How to manage preferences

The user can:

- Click “Accept All” or “Reject All” from the initial banner
- Select individual categories in the cookie management panel.
- Disable cookies via browser settings (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari).

6. Data retention

Technical cookies persist until the browser is closed; other cookies have a maximum duration of 13 months, unless consent is renewed.

7. Third parties and external links

Some cookies are managed by third parties (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel). For details on these providers' policies, please refer to their official websites.
